What's New?
People with Significant Control (PSC): The ability to identify a person or people with significant control over a company has now been introduced. The following documents can now be generated in the Document Production screen:

Register of Significant Controller.

PSC01 – Notice of Person with Significant Control.

PSC07 – Notice of Ceasing to be a Person with Significant Control.
Registered Office Address Change: Form AD01 has been revised to comply with the new Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
Your Feedback: We have introduced a new AskNicely survey for your feedback. This feature, among other feedback mechanisms, is closely monitored to facilitate the continuous improvement of CAS 360.
Plus, many more new features and improvements.
