What's New?
Annual Confirmation Statement
The following enhancements have been made to the Annual Confirmation Statement:

When preparing the Confirmation Statement, the software now automatically compares the shareholder transaction dates with those from the last Confirmation Statement. Based on this comparison, it automatically toggles the “Changes in Statement of Capital” section on or off.

When preparing the Confirmation Statement, the software now automatically compares the standard industrial classification (SIC) dates with those from the last Confirmation Statement. Based on this comparison, it automatically toggles the “Changes in the principal business activities or standard industrial classification (SIC)” section on or off.

To comply with Companies House guidelines, notifications will now be sent to the registered email address for the first Confirmation Statement with a confirmation date after 4 March 2024.

A Company Summary document has been added to the Confirmation Statement Document Production Screen for inclusion in the Document Pack.
People with Significant Control (PSC)
The Contact Relationship screen will now show if PSC is active or not active. Learn More
Company Report
Advanced options have been added to Show Company Addresses in Company Report settings.
Plus, many more new features and improvements.
